Menopause isn’t one moment but a transition that happens in stages, often beginning in your 40s or 50s. Understanding what’s happening in your body can help you feel more prepared and supported.

From perimenopause to menopause and postmenopause, hormonal changes can bring symptoms like irregular periods, hot flashes, sleep changes, and vaginal dryness. Understanding each stage helps you find the right support at the right time.

We offer personalized menopause management including lifestyle guidance and non-hormonal options to hormone replacement therapy when appropriate.
