Crossroads Mama I’m Bekka! I teach yoga independently and am currently working on a certificate (then license) in Therapeutic Massage.

I'll be completing my Reiki attunement in April and begin offering that in May hopefully. Health and wellness are a big component of my life and I love how personal fitness can play such a big role in your overall mental and emotional well-being. As someone who struggled with postpartum after the birth of my twins, helping moms and women connect to fitness as a way to invest in themselves is a big

motivator for me. We need strong moms (and dads) who take care of themselves because they take care of everyone else! I hope to see you in class and get to know you!
