Tibetan Holistic Health Care Tibetan Medicine is one of the ancient arts of healing. Its main function is balancing the Mind and Body energies, which we called Wind, Bile and Phelgm.

In the Tibetan healing system health is the balance of Mind and Mind energies. When these energies are not in balance, Ill health occurs. Wind or loong energy is psycho-physical energy and when it's inbalanced, it can cause insomnia, nervous disposition, oversensitive, impatience, highly changeable mood and neurological disorder. When Bile or Tripa is disturbed, bleeding and ulcer, inflammatory disease, infection disease, acidity, thirst and intolerance of heat can occur. When Phelgm is out of balance, asthma, coldness, arthritic, digestive disorder, etc can occur.
