Hi, my name is Jen.

For a long time, I’ve been many things: corporate leader, mother, wife, problem solver, achiever. Titles. Roles. Resume lines.

But this weekend, standing in a circle of women holding hands in sacred space, I felt something shift.

Not because I became someone new. But because I fully allowed myself to be who I already am.

An intuitive spiritual healer.
A Reiki Master Teacher.
A space holder.
A witness.
A guide.

When we have the courage to show up as ourselves—without shrinking, without editing, without apologizing—something beautiful happens.

We give others permission to do the same.

And this weekend, six incredible women said yes to that courage. They showed up with open hearts, honest stories, and deep trust. Sacred space is never created by one person... it is co-created by every soul willing to be seen.

And I want to honor Carleen Christopher of Carleen's Body Healing Therapy, my co-host, who stepped into this experience with a level of bravery and authenticity that moved me deeply. Watching her evolution and the way she held space was a reminder that transformation is contagious when we choose it.

The Heart in Motion wasn’t just a retreat. It was shared courage.
