• CBC (anemia/inflammation clues)
• CMP (liver/kidney function + electrolytes)
• A1c + fasting glucose (blood sugar trends)
• Fasting insulin (early insulin resistance clues)
• Lipid panel (cholesterol + triglycerides)
• TSH + Free T4 (+ Free T3 if symptoms) (thyroid check)
• Vitamin D (common deficiency linked to fatigue)
• B12 + Folate (energy, nerve, brain support)
• Iron studies/ferritin (especially if heavy periods, fatigue, hair shedding)
