My healthier pumpkin spice morning coffee. I saw the pumpkin spice creamer and paired it with my normal adds. Creatine and collagen that dissolve great in any liquid hot or cold. All my ladies trying to maintain muscle and need brain focus try adding your creatine to your morning drink of choice.

Dancers are athletes and train accordingly. Hip strength, core mobility and balance are just a few focus concentration areas I focus on with my dancer clients.
In summer you should strength train and maintain that power through your football season and into your competition season. Put in the work!!!
