This time of year most people label as "sick season", but really our immune systems are suppressed because we are busy, eating a lot of sugar, staying inside more and not as active.
Here are some tips to help you support your immune system this winter ❄️

1. Get adjusted regularly
2. Go on walks in the sunshine
3. Prioritize sleep (7-9 hours ideally)
4. Supplement with vitamin D, C, and Zinc
5. Limit sugar
