Those needing a receipt for “out of network” can contact our main number for assistance. To see if that option applies to you and your family, call the 1-800 number on the back of your provider card. I am looking forward to helping you and your family. Respectfully, Chad C. Clements MABC, MACE, LPC, NCC http://therapists.psychologytoday.com/rms/157953
