🇺🇸 Memorial Day Closure Notice 🇺🇸
In honor of Memorial Day, all Rockwall County Helping Hands locations will be closed on Monday, May 26th. This includes:

Administrative Offices
Assistance & Food Pantry
Health Center
Thrift Store
Boutique
Clearance Center

We will resume normal operations on Tuesday. As we pause to remember and honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country, we wish you and your families a safe and meaningful Memorial Day. ❤️🤍💙

At Rockwall County Helping Hands, we’re seeing the impact firsthand. As the need grows, so does the demand on our food pantry — especially now, with school out for the summer and many children missing meals they rely on during the school year.

That’s why we’ve launched our Summer Response Campaign, stepping up efforts to make sure no one in our community goes hungry. But we can’t do it without you.

Our affordable, Health Center of Helping Hands is here for you — whether uninsured or insured. We are staffed with a dedicated Practice Manager, 4 bilingual Medical Assistants, and 3 bilingual front office staff. We’re also supported by amazing local volunteer specialists, including gynecologists, an endocrinologist, a family physician and more!

✨ Highlighted Programs:
✅ Sliding Scale Program – For Rockwall County residents at or below 200% of the federal poverty level.
✅ Health Maintenance Card – includes 4 visits, a wellness exam, flu shot & labs. Great for self-employed or high-deductible plans.
✅ Patient Assistance Program – Helping with access to maintenance medications.
✅ Medical Home Connections – Keeping ER visits for emergencies, and providing support for chronic conditions.
