🌷We’re Still Here for You—And Growing🌷
Our practice continues to thrive as we remain committed to providing compassionate, high-quality mental health care to the Rockwall community. We are happy to share that we continue to accept insurance, helping make therapy more accessible and ok manageable for individuals and families.
Our team of therapists is trauma-trained, meaning we approach each client with a deep understanding of how past experiences can shape present challenges. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship stress, or life transitions, we’re here to support you with care that is both informed and personalized.
🌷Spotlight: Life Coaching Services🌷
We’re proud to highlight Derrick Scott, our dedicated life coach who has been doing exceptional work with both parents and children. Derrick brings a practical, encouraging approach to helping families improve communication, build stronger relationships, and create healthier daily routines. His work has made a meaningful impact for many of the families we serve.
🌷Welcoming a New Team Member🌷
We’re excited to welcome Kate Fauss, a counseling student who joins us with valuable experience and a passion for helping others. Kate will be accepting new clients at a discounted rate, offering a great opportunity for those seeking affordable support while still receiving quality care under supervision. We’re thrilled to have her on board and confident she will be a wonderful addition to our team.
🌷Mental Health Tip of the Month🌷
Name it to tame it.
When emotions feel overwhelming, take a moment to pause and simply name what you're feeling—“I’m anxious,” “I’m frustrated,” or “I’m overwhelmed.” Research shows that labeling emotions can actually reduce their intensity and help you regain a sense of control. It’s a small step that can make a big difference.
💐We’d Love to See You Again💐
