WAIT! I have to give up my wine?! 😂

Not necessarily, but let’s talk about why it’s smart to limit alcohol during perimenopause and menopause. As much as we love a glass of wine to unwind, our bodies don’t process alcohol the same way as they used to. It can mess with your sleep, increase hot flashes, and even make it harder to manage your weight. Plus, alcohol impacts hormone balance, which we’re already working hard to keep in check! So, while you don’t have to quit, cutting back can make a big difference in how you feel day-to-day. 🍷
