In this playful 5-class series, kids will:

Rest and recharge with restorative yoga, sound bath and energy work. This unique class is guided by 2 facilitators allowing for energy work and vibrational sound healing to be woven in throughout the entire session. Essential oils and light touch are offered while relaxing in 5 to 6 prop supported poses.
