Ever feel like your emotions are running hotter than you can handle? 🌡️ Try the sipping breath, a simple technique to calm your body and mind.

👄 How to do it:
1. Inhale slowly through pursed lips, like sipping through a straw
2. Pause for a moment
3. Exhale gently through your nose or lips
4. Repeat 5–10 times

✨ What it does:
• Cools the body
• Slows your heart rate
• Activates your “rest & digest” system
• Brings you back to the present moment
