Taking GLP1 agonists to lose weight? Please don't! Y'all are too smart for that!
1) These drugs slow intestinal peristalsis so that the food sits there and rots. This is why people feel nauseous and often go into uncontrollable vomiting that can last a year after going off the drug. Nutrients are not absorbed, so you get weaker and sicker. That constipation that makes you wish you were dead? It's the intent of the drug. No room for food, ergo weight loss.
2) The weight almost always ALL returns once you stop the injections. We call fraud! That's because nothing was ever FIXED. The metabolic set point was not raised. All you did was starve your body. Fasting is much safer!!! (But no, you don't have to fast to get things working again.)
3) Cancer. What can go wrong in a system where chronic putrefaction is happening?
4) Endotoxemia with associated dysbiosis and LPS poisoning, often rupturing the blood-brain barrier and leading to infectious and mental/ psychological problems.
5) Gallstones and gallbladder problems (paralytic drugs paralyze bile production and flow as they do intestinal movement, leading to thick, sticky bile that clogs ducts and impairs fat absorption).
