Capped at 50 lifters, this will be a full powerlifting meet with squat, bench, and deadlift for lifters 17 and under. There will also be bench only, deadlift only, and push/pull categories. This is a fully drug tested meet.

PRICES:
Full Meet (Raw or Equipped) $75
Push/Pull (Raw or Equipped) $60
Deadlift Only $55
Bench Only $55

Weigh-ins will be Friday June 19th from 9 am-noon and 3 pm-6 pm, there will be no Saturday weigh-in without approval.
All lifters must have a current RIPL membership prior to weighing in.

Thank you for your attention to this matter:

The only thing I don’t like about gyms, and this includes our gym and also sometimes in supermarkets, is when someone releases a foul smell that is so strong it leaves a legacy. And you are left with suspicion. We have bathrooms for a reason. Please. Carry on.

NEW FLOORS.

A stronger foundation for your strongest self.

Over the past few weeks we’ve been putting a lot of work into upgrading the gym and improving the overall training environment here at Legends Fit. The new sealed concrete floors are designed to create a cleaner, stronger, and more durable space while still keeping the atmosphere and identity that built this place in the first place.

These floors are built to handle heavy traffic, hard training, and years of use while making the gym easier to maintain and continue improving over time.

We appreciate everyone being patient with the remodel process and supporting us while we continue building something better for the community every day.

More improvements are already on the way.

New floors are happening at Legends Fit, and we’d love your help!

We’re remodeling the front gym floor and leaning on our community to help us get it done. Between the new parking lot going in and everything else behind the scenes, costs have been tight, so we’re looking to save where we can and keep building the gym the right way.

We’re looking for volunteer to help with:

- Moving heavy machines
- Cutting & Ripping up carpet
- Scraping adhesive
- Picking up trash

We will work on May 17, 23, and 24 for now. Food & Drink will be provided.

If you’re planning to help, and can spare any of these materials, that would be even better:

- Work gloves
- Floor scrapers (if you have them)
- Trash/Demo Bags
- Knee pads

Quick heads up: during this process, the front area of the gym may be a bit dusty and disrupted while we work.

No pressure at all. If you’ve got some time, strength, or experience, it would go a long way for us!

I heard a Crunch Fitness is coming to Royse City at some point. I’m doing a wedding today near San Marcos, Texas and visiting a Crunch for first time.

I’m taking pictures of equipment I still want for Legends. The floors are much better than Legends. We (Garrett, Phu, Tito ha!) are going to work on better floors in next couple weeks. I’m committed to constant improvement although construction can at times be an inconvenience.

And it may just be Saturday’s crowd at Crunch, but it’s a bit disorienting, walking around the gym 3 or 4 times. I can’t get on a machine. I’ve said excuse me a number of times. Mad house. I feel like I’m in Walmart although Walmart has everything you need.

My goal is to have everything these bigger gyms have in quality, the best of what these gyms offer.

My initial take away, is a crowd but not a community here today. Watching for huddled interaction and no more of that than the people they walked in with.

I’m trying to press toward excellence in our gym and identify where we shine.

Honestly, the best part of our gym are the people in it. We have members of society who understand sacrifice and keep themselves fit to be good business for those they love. Good support system in our gym. Grateful.
