No Soliciting, Sales, or Distribution Policy
Legends Fit is a training-focused facility. To protect our members experience and maintain a professional environment, soliciting and unauthorized promotion are not permitted on Legends Fit premises or through Legends Fit channels.
The following are not allowed without written approval from Legends Fit management:
• Selling, marketing, or promoting any product or service to members or guests.
• Recruiting clients or customers for any business, side hustle, or organization.
• Distributing flyers, business cards, samples, QR codes, or promotional materials.
• Hosting “consultations,” product demos, or sales conversations inside the tactlity.
• Using Legends Fit’s name, logo, statt, or spaces to imply endorsement of a product or service.
• Promoting sales via Legends Fit member groups, social media tags, or messaging tied to the gym.
To maintain safety and compliance, no sales, promotion, or distribution of products or substances is allowed on Legends Fit property without written authorization. This includes (but is not limited to) supplements, injectables, research chemicals, peptides, pharmaceuticals, or “performance” products.
Any attempt to sell, distribute, advise, or recruit members for these products/services may result in immediate removal and membership termination.
This applies to all members, guests, and non-staff trainers.
Approved vendors, statf, and partnered trainers must operate under a written agreement and follow all policies.
