After a skilled stay at Sunny Knoll, Donella has successfully rehabilitated and returned home!

She said of her stay, "I had cared for my husband long before his death," which brought a lot of stress and health concerns into my life. However, with the incredible support and care at Sunny Knoll, I was able to regain my strength through physical and occupational therapy. The team there truly cared and helped me with my daily needs, which made all the difference. I'm especially grateful for learning how to use a new device that will support my health concerns moving forward. Thank you to everyone at Sunny Knoll for helping me get back on my feet!”

🌟 We had the most amazing breakfast experience! 🌟

There’s something incredibly fun and satisfying about watching a chef (Jennifer Jenson-Roberts, Dietary Manager) make a fresh, fluffy omelette right in front of you. 🥚🍳 The sizzling sounds, the delicious aroma, and the anticipation as they flip and fold your perfect omelette… it’s a feast for all the senses!

Whether it was picking their favorite ingredients or just enjoying the culinary show, it was a delightful way to start the day. ✨

With over 28 years of experience in various roles at Sunny Knoll, Jennifer Jenson-Roberts has proven herself to be a versatile and capable individual, excelling in positions including cooking, activities, social services, and Business Office Manager, to name a few. She has led the team with vigor as interim administrator and is now showcasing her leadership skills in the kitchen with new ideas and experiences for our residents.

Whether you see her in the office when you come in the front door, or catch her in a hairnet giving residents meal choices, Jennifer is sure to have a smile on her face.
