We ask that everyone attempt to download the portal and fill out appropriate paperwork on the portal prior to an appointment. This will decrease wait time for you! If you get an error message on your portal, you will need to call the office. We have to grant you access from our new health records system! Thank you!

One year ago today all of our worlds were turned upside down when Megan got her cancer diagnosis. The woman is a fighter and we all continue to support her every day. Megan Strong!!!!!
