I teach a killer Intermediate-Advanced Class on Wednesdays at 5:30pm and you should come join us!!!

We have the Best time!! We laugh, they complain, we laugh some more ... and we still get in a Great workout that would make any Fitness Ju**ie proud!!

1.2 to 4 miles!! You can decide how far to go. Each loop is 1.2 miles. And you set your own pace. We all Start together!!

Dress Warm, wear comfy shoes and we will see you there!

On the left....an MRI Image of the thigh muscle of a 23 yr old.

On the right....an MRI of the thigh muscle of a 78 yr old.

We lose 3.8% of our muscle per decade after the age of 30. After 60, this rate accelerates.

Not lifting weights is the worst thing you can do to an aging body.
