Food prep sets you up for nutritional success. Here’s an easy breakfast casserole I use regularly. The number of servings you need determines the size of the pan. I only need 6 servings this week - 6 eggs, 12 egg whites, the entire cottage cheese container, drain the pico and mix everything with a fork. I add a small amount of the shredded cheese and have the chicken sausage on the side. Easy - and tastes great! Enjoy!
