Despite my blown left knee, I still took time to get in a 30 minute upper body workout. It's amazing what a determined person can accomplish. No excuses, no feeling sorry for myself, just clear minded effort. The only upside to having so many knee issues is, over the years I've been able to create an "injury workout" avoiding squats, lunges, cardio and leg press. Yes, I AM tooting my own horn here folks. I don't accept giving up as an answer to life's junk.
Hopefully this inspires someone to get up and get moving. NO EXCUSES!!

Meet Katerina. She hasn't been a client for a long time, only a couple of years. However, she's had several sessions. Mostly Couple's sessions with her husband, as well as single person and has an upcoming Small Group scheduled with her girls. She's also experienced an Energy Balancing session. We've gotten pretty familiar with each other these past couple years and she's a wonderful person, with a beautiful soul. 🔦 TODAY'S CLIENT SPOTLIGHT✨️
This is my amazing client for over 20 years!!
The majority of Jenny's sessions are Phone readings 📞. So Jenny was gracious enough to provide me with a photo of herself. 😍
Our working relationship began at BTR sometime in the early 2000's.
At that time she met me in person.
Jenny travels the globe due to her career. So my Phone sessions are a necessity for her. Sometimes when she's visiting family, she comes for in person sessions.
She's Much more than a "client".
I truly think of her as a FRIEND. She has a remarkable soul, with a great sense of adventure. She's incredibly caring and has educated students in multiple continents.
Without a Doubt, she's one of my most loyal clients. Always has good questions, respects my time, never cancels, and due to the time zone difference, she's getting sessions late at night, while I'm just starting my day.
If our sessions has a soundtrack, it would be Lionel Richie's "Easy like Sunday Morning"🎵

TODAY'S CLIENT SPOTLIGHT 🔦
Matthew has only been my returning client for 3 years, but has become a Regular for Energy Balancing sessions. He's here today for his 3rd EB service and has his 4th scheduled in March. He always brings a smile & beautiful aura to my home. He's been a great candidate for the Energy Balancing service, focusing on emotional healing and stress relief.
