HAPPY FRIDAY!!
Today I have 2 Energy Balancing clients, both getting their 2nd & 3rd tune up before the new year. Then I'm taking some time off to prepare for Christmas and New Year. I might have my assistant contact a couple folks over my time off if I get bored? (lol)

Today's mix rain & snow makes for slippery, messy drives. Take this as a practice of patience. Take extra time and calming breaths. 😌 It doesn't have to create anxiety. This weather can actually be helpful if you give yourself permission to relax. Thanks to all the salt truck drivers! I saw several just dropping Louie at his groomer appointment. Please let me know if you have an appointment you'd prefer to switch from In Person to Phone. That is an easy change and prevents rescheduling (I don't have any options for rescheduling at this time).
