We specialize in creating a positive experience for our guests and families with specific focuses on skilled nursing care, long term care, secured senior mental health, and secured dementia. Our outpatient therapy clinic also provides occupational therapy to the general public taking most insurances and needs. At Pioneer Health Care Center, we provide patient-centered care with timely and effective comprehensive services. Our goal is to treat the whole resident and his or her individual needs, helping them to achieve their highest possible level of function and independence.
