We had a packed house for our Signature event, Seafood Celebration, on July 9th! The Chef made homemade Clam Chowder, shrimp cocktail with lemon wedges and crab cakes on a bed of mesclun greens with a remoulade caper sauce. We also had corn on the cob! The tables were turned into a seafood setting which the residents loved.
