Inner Balance Reiki IBR offers Reiki services (in person and remote) and in person classes. Owned by Maryann Lonergan.

Reiki is a gentle 'hands on' holistic therapy that promotes relaxation and healing by removing blocks to the flow of energy in your body. When the energy flow in your body is restored or balanced, you are more likely to feel relaxed and your body’s natural healing abilities are better utilized.

An amazing morning yesterday, presenting to a group from Leadership Greater Hartford at the Leadership Center in Farmington. The day's wellness offerings were organized by Diligence Training. A big thank you to Bonnie, Jen, Linda, Sue, Rosa and Mike for coming out to provide participants with 15-minute Reiki sessions. Such a great opportunity to share the benefits of Reiki.

Requesting Reiki and prayers for Betty's sweet dog, Chai. An MRI revealed a slipped disc which has now been removed. Surgery went well. This will be for his recovery. He's an amazing spirit. Thanks!
