A HUGE thank you to everyone who attended yoga in the park this year!! Whether you knew it or not, every time you rolled out your mat on that grass, you were not only helping yourself to find a little more inner peace and strength, but you were building a sense of community.
Thank you to Rocky Hill Parks and Rec, Doug Yeager, Virginia Hilton, Maura Kenny, Kristin Longenecker, Darlene Listro and Melanie Klinck for your time and healing energies. We hope to see you in our classes next week, but if nothing else, we’ll see you next summer. ☀️🥰

With afternonoon thunderstorms in the forecast, we have made the difficult decision to cancel yoga at Elm Ridge Park tonight. We will miss seeing your smiling faces but plan to be back next week. Thank you for your continued support and understanding! 🌩️😩
