Our Story

Jill DeMasi, Owner of the Heart of Wellness, specializes in Integrated Massage Therapy and is a certified Whole Health Educator and Wellness Coach for pain and stress management. She writes a Lifestyle Blog about managing stress, mental health and chronic pain.

Her role as a Coach is to listen to your healthcare needs and provide evidence-based information so that you are able to make informed decisions about your health. She offers transformational programs to encourage behavior and habit change. Private and small group sessions are available for individuals and companies both in person as well as online and focus on stress management and emotional well being.

Jill has experience in assessment, treatment and prevention of acute and chronic pain and stress reduction. She also provides Orthopedic, Sports, Swedish and Pregnancy massage. Jill offers an onsite wellness service (chair or table massage) to local businesses and is available to attend other charitable and athletic events. She customizes each massage therapy session and utilizes a combination of soft tissue techniques, which help to improve mobility, relieve chronic pain patterns and reduce stress on the nervous system.
