Peggy Mullins Via, age 89 of Rocky Mount, Virginia went home to be with her Heavenly Father on Friday, October 10, 2025. A beloved wife, sister, aunt, and friend, Peggy graced everyone she met with kindness, compassion, and her signature sense of humor. She had a special gift for lighting
