Day 6 of 16: Finishing Strong Before the Holidays
As the year comes to a close, many of us are juggling deadlines, last-minute tasks, and holiday plans all at once. It’s normal for stress to build during this time.
A few simple reminders can help you push through:
• Take short breaks when you can
• Focus on one task at a time
• Step away when things feel overwhelming
• Remember that finishing strong doesn’t mean doing everything perfectly
Taking care of yourself is part of closing out the year.
