Today we took some time to celebrate the incredible team here at Franklin Health & Rehab for Employee Appreciation!
Nothing brings people together like good food and great company, so we fired up the grill and had a cookout for our staff. The menu included a fish fry, hot dogs, baked beans, macaroni salad, desserts, and plenty of other fixins to enjoy along with lots of laughs and good conversation.
Healthcare is not easy work, and the dedication our staff shows every single day to care for our residents does not go unnoticed. It takes a special kind of person to serve others with compassion, patience, and heart, and we are grateful for every member of this team.
Thank you to all of our staff for the hard work, commitment, and love you pour into this community every day. We appreciate you!

Surrounded by small-town charm and a rich heritage, our center is located in Rocky Mount, Virginia and is just down the road from Carilion Franklin Memorial Hospital. We have been proudly serving the Rocky Mount community since 1990.

Step through our doors and you will be greeted with a warm smile from our friendly and caring staff. We offer comfortable, modern gathering spaces, Wi-Fi throughout the building, and bright, well-lit rooms. Our state-of-the-air rehabilitation gym is constantly being updated with the most advanced rehabilitation equipment, ensuring a successful road to recovery.

We are also proud to be part of the community we serve. We are involved in many local charities and events, including quarterly blood drives, a bi-annual community breakfast, an annual Christmas dinner serving 250 residents and their families, and more. We serve patients in Rocky Mount, Franklin County, Smith Mountain Lake, Roanoke, and other surrounding areas.
