The patients here at Franklin Health and Rehab planned an entire thank you party for the Activities Director, Angie Markham, with the help of Hailey Austin and Teresa Thompson. We are so thankful for the Activities Team here! They bring joy and smiles to our center daily!

Fun Fact: We have at least 3 activities a day that provide individualized enrichment for every patient, and we have a great community that helps support us as well.

Just had the best time playing table hockey with friends! Nothing beats the sound of pucks flying, friendly trash talk, and those epic last-minute goals. It’s amazing how intense the competition can get over a little tabletop game! Who knew such a small surface could bring so much excitement? 😂 Can’t wait for the next match – I'm definitely ready to take my practice to the next level! Anyone else as obsessed with table hockey as I am?

Surrounded by small-town charm and a rich heritage, our center is located in Rocky Mount, Virginia and is just down the road from Carilion Franklin Memorial Hospital. We have been proudly serving the Rocky Mount community since 1990.

Step through our doors and you will be greeted with a warm smile from our friendly and caring staff. We offer comfortable, modern gathering spaces, Wi-Fi throughout the building, and bright, well-lit rooms. Our state-of-the-air rehabilitation gym is constantly being updated with the most advanced rehabilitation equipment, ensuring a successful road to recovery.

We are also proud to be part of the community we serve. We are involved in many local charities and events, including quarterly blood drives, a bi-annual community breakfast, an annual Christmas dinner serving 250 residents and their families, and more. We serve patients in Rocky Mount, Franklin County, Smith Mountain Lake, Roanoke, and other surrounding areas.
