Another thing The Zen Den offers is group wellness classes! One of these classes is called Cardio Drumming. This class will be tailored to all ages and ability levels who sign up.

As you can see, the movements are simple and focused on having fun with the music selected. Music is selected to meet the interests of each group. Moves can be modified based on speed, and complexity.

For people looking to get a different exercise experience, Cardio drumming can be taught as a strictly fitness based class as well. This version is taught with or without exercise balls and focuses on moving your entire body.

Classes are also offered in varying sizes. In this video, a small group is featured using one of the practice rooms at B Natural Music & Repair, Inc.. Large groups will be held in our large space upstairs. Classes are also offered at local libraries and assisted living centers upon request.

Sound healing-here is another example using the monochord bed! My son lukas was drawn to the table because of how peaceful it is. He even used the amethyst inferred mat to amplify his comfort. Even though it is a thicker mat, he was still able to feel the healing frequencies of the monochord bed!
