💜Jessica is a culture champion for DISCOVER – she is a remarkable new addition to our team, bringing strong clinical skills, genuine empathy, and a natural drive for continuous improvement. As a nurse, she consistently delivers compassionate, high-quality care, ensuring patients feel supported, understood, and safe. Since joining the team, Jessica has successfully trained across multiple areas of primary care, including serving as a provider’s lead nurse, primary care float nurse, ExpressCare nurse, and completing lab training & specimen processing. Her ability to master each role makes her highly versatile and able to meet any need within the office. Her multifaceted skill set has strengthened team coverage, improved workflow, and provided invaluable flexibility to the department. Her commitment to patient care, her reflective practice, her versatility, and her forward-thinking contributions embody the heart of Coastal Culture.
💜Shanna is culture champion for TOGETHER. She exemplifies the spirit of Coastal Culture through her compassion, leadership, and dedication to community service. Inspired by the Pender County food drive and the growing awareness of local families & patients in need, she took the initiative to lead a clinic-wide food drive of her own. Through her efforts, the team collected an entire truck bed full of food donations, all of which were delivered to Pender County DSS to support vulnerable residents. This initiative is just one example of the many ways she consistently invests her time, energy, and heart into this small rural community. Her commitment to giving back inspires those around her and strengthens the supportive culture we strive to build.
