If you’ve ever said “Don’t put that in your mouth” more times than you can count… this one’s for you!

Welcome to the chaos 👋

Toddlers explore the world with their hands and their mouths. Just keep in mind small objects can quickly become become choking hazards and things like plants, medications, cleaners, rocks, and mulch can be unsafe or full of germs.

What you can do:
✨ Scan the floor for small objects
✨ Keep medications and cleaning products locked and out of reach
✨ Check toys for loose or broken parts
✨ Know the signs of choking and when to seek immediate care

If you ever have concerns about something your child put in their mouth, don’t hesitate to call your trusted Allied pediatrician. And since toddler adventures tend to happen at bedtime or on weekends, telehealth is available after-hours when you need reassurance most.

Many of you know me from my time at SV Pediatrics, and more recently at PedsFirst Pediatrics. While I’m so grateful for the expanded resources and 7-day availability at PedsFirst, I also understand how much some of you valued that “smaller practice” feel. 🧡

I’m thrilled to share that I’m now splitting my time between PedsFirst Pediatrics and at Allied Physicians Rocky Point.

This means you can choose the setting that works best for you:
✅ Allied Physicians Rocky Point – a more intimate, personal experience in a smaller practice setting.
✅PedsFirst Pediatrics – extended hours and 7-day access in a larger practice.

Either way, you’ll still see the same friendly face and receive the same quality care you’ve come to expect. 🙌🏼
