Cooking the meats separate is the easiest way to make your meals. They can quickly be added to the rest of the veggies and starches when assembling the plates.

Cabbage is a cruciferous vegetable packed with fiber, vitamin C, vitamin K, magnesium, folate and antioxidants…. And lucky for you it's in season!

We like it best ‘slaw style' with a sweet and tangy vinegar based dressing. Our slaw has green cabbage, kohlrabi, carrots, green onions, apple cider vinegar, grainy mustard, honey and olive oil. Don't forget the Himalayan salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste 🍴

Homemade organic pasta fagiole made simple!

Give the beans a hot soak, sautee your celery & onion, bring the tomatoes & broth to a boil, season then slow simmer. Add the pasta at the end and let it soak up all the flavor. Serve with parmesan and some crusty bread.
