💙I’m so excited to welcome my son into the world (next week!!) and appreciate the love, support and understanding of my awesome clients as I step into this new role. While I’m taking time off to care for my baby, you can be sure I’ll prioritize caring for my self, as well…and am counting on y’all to do the same. My work has afforded me the opportunity to sit across some amazing parents and I’m grateful to have your wisdom and lessons learned in my back pocket as I step into this amazing new adventure! Things will be quiet over here… but maybe keep an eye out for a snap or two of the new farm hand. 🧑🏻‍🌾 💙🐴👩🏻‍🍼

💜I snuck in some between session snugs today with my best boy, Ike. Sometimes I get so caught up in the business of providing equine assisted psychotherapy that I miss connecting with my herd on a soul level and can feel a little “off”. Ike and I have been together for 13 years, so when I feel distant or floaty in life connecting with him always brings me back into my body. What are some ways you find grounding or connect with who you really are? I challenge you to dig into those relationships/activities/etc this week and see if you don’t feel more peace… Ike bets you a bag of carrots that you do! 🥕
