There's a sense of bouncing back from an illness, or an emotional or financial loss. We are stepping forward having the support from our family (not always blood) and/or the community around us. This support will allow us to reach some of our goals. As we are stepping forward take the time to rejuvenate and nurture oneself. Take some time to heal.

Daily card pull for this Friday!
Setting healthy boundaries. I think today is a good day to check in with yourself and see where you may have overextended yourself.... maybe to many commitments... things you said "yes" too trying to be helpful.
Take a step back and see if you can change some of those plans or maybe try a week of just say "no" politely saying you have other commitments ( to yourself and mental health). It's okay to say no.
Give yourself some time and space!
