If you have landed here Sacred Hour Breathwork + Yoga Studio]]]]] welcome. If you are new to our sweet little space, let me share with you the why and what.

Sacred Hour Breathwork + Yoga Studio]]]]] is actually located in the same space as Sacred Hour Spas]]]] Rocky River location was for 11 years.

You see, Sacred Hour Spas]]]] is 19 years old. What actually began on 4/1/2004, on Madison Ave as a massage studio, grew into what you see today.

We like to keep our spaces and repurposes them.

We now have two spa locations, with the same team of 50+ offering massage, skincare, nails, and now yoga.

Sacred Hour Breathwork + Yoga Studio]]]]] has been operational since 11.1.2021. We consider this space simply another offering to our clients and guests of the spas, to allow them to move and breathe in a space that has the same ethos.

If you love Sacred Hour Spas]]]] then you will love to practice yoga in Sacred Hour Breathwork + Yoga Studio]]]]], just over the bridge from Lakewood, on the right hand side, past the light into Rocky River.

HOT POWERFUL FLOW
In a room heated between 95-105 degrees under infrared panels, this class is the antidote for feeling stuck, sluggish, or low. Our Powerful Vinyasa Flow class is the perfect pick-me-up. Here you will move fluidly and mindfully with the breath, from pose to pose, as our teachers create the conditions to bring forth progress, energy and uplift. This class is intended for all levels of yogi and can be modified for ease or exploration.
