We’re taught that fixing our body image means:
• losing weight
• cutting carbs
• hitting a certain number on the scale
• chasing quick fixes

But that approach usually leaves us feeling more frustrated, not more confident.

𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Creamy • Cozy • High-protein comfort food

A slow-cooker favorite that’s perfect for meal prep, family dinners, and staying consistent with balanced eating.

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

• 1 whole onion, chopped
• 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 (14.5 oz) can reduced-sodium chicken broth
• 1 jar salsa verde
• 1 (14.5 oz) can reduced-sodium diced tomatoes
• 1 (4.5 oz) can diced green chilies
• 1.5 tsp chili powder
• ½ tsp dried oregano
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• ½ tsp salt
• 2 (15 oz) cans corn, drained & rinsed
• 2 (15 oz) cans white beans (cannellini), drained & rinsed
• 4 large organic chicken breasts (approx. 2–2.5 lbs)

𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘆 𝗥𝗼𝘂𝘅 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲

• 3 tbsp butter
• 3 tbsp almond flour
• ½ cup reduced-fat milk
• 4 oz heavy whipping cream
• 1 tsp chicken bouillon
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 7 oz plain Greek yogurt

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗜𝘁

• Place raw chicken in the bottom of the crockpot
• Sprinkle spices over the chicken
• Add all remaining ingredients except the roux
• Cook on LOW for 6–8 hours
• About 1 hour before serving, prepare the roux on the stovetop
• Melt butter and whisk in almond flour (3–5 minutes)
• Add milk, cream, bouillon, yogurt & pepper
• Simmer 4–5 minutes
• Pour roux into the crockpot
• Shred chicken and return to the pot
• Cook 1 additional hour on LOW until thick and creamy

If you want to feel more with your sn**ch and clean, this is for you. Our 6-Week Olympic Weightlifting Clinic gives you focused coaching, extra feedback, and time to really dial in your lifts.

In a small group, Coach Vince will offer individual attention in 90-minute sessions. This will be much more detailed than a regular class, allowing you to work on technique and form, as well understand why we do these lifts.

Sundays at 10:00am, January 11–February 15.
Spots are limited. The cost is $120 for all six sessions. DM us to reserve yours. Non-members are also welcome to attend.
