Strong feels even better when youโ€™ve got other women cheering you on. โœ‹๐Ÿ’ช

One of the best parts of lifting is realizing you donโ€™t have to do it alone. In Staci's new 6-week Womenโ€™s-Only Strength Program, youโ€™ll not only learn how to lift with confidence, youโ€™ll also join a small group of women cheering you on every step of the way.

Weโ€™ll focus on proper form, building lean muscle, and helping you feel strong both inside and outside the gym. And yes, weโ€™ll have some fun along the way (high-fives included โœ‹).

We kick off Sept 24th, two days a week, Wednesdays and Fridays at 11:15am. Space is limited. Want in?

1/4 cup Quaker oats
1/2 cup original almond milk
1/2 banana ๐ŸŒ
1/2 tsp chia seeds
1/2 cup blueberries ๐Ÿซ
Pinch cinnamon
1/2 scoop Ascent vanilla protein powder ๐Ÿ’ช
1 tbsp chopped pecans (OPTIONAL)
