✔️ Serving size – everything is based on this
✔️ Calories – know what you’re actually consuming
✔️ Ingredients list – listed from highest to lowest quantity
✔️ Hidden sugars – they show up under MANY names
✔️ Additives & oils – the more processed, the longer the list

Herb Crusted Mustard Salmon 🐟🌿

Great food isn’t just about flavor, it’s about how it supports your body.

Salmon is packed with Omega-3 fatty acids that help reduce inflammation, support heart health, and improve recovery after workouts 💪

If you’re putting in effort during training, your nutrition should support it. Meals like this help you stay energized, recover faster, and keep progressing.

Simple ingredients. Real results. ✨

💾 Save this recipe and give it a try

Ingredients
• 4 (6oz) salmon fillets
• 2 tbsp grainy mustard
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp shallots, finely minced
• 2 tsp fresh thyme (+ extra for garnish)
• 2 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
• Juice of ½ lemon (+ slices for garnish)
• Salt & pepper to taste

Directions
1️⃣ Set oven to broil and line a baking sheet with foil
2️⃣ Mix mustard, garlic, shallots, thyme, rosemary, and lemon juice
3️⃣ Spread over salmon and season with salt & pepper
4️⃣ Broil for 7–8 minutes
5️⃣ Garnish with lemon slices and fresh thyme
