One of the best parts of lifting is realizing you donโt have to do it alone. In Staci's new 6-week Womenโs-Only Strength Program, youโll not only learn how to lift with confidence, youโll also join a small group of women cheering you on every step of the way.
Weโll focus on proper form, building lean muscle, and helping you feel strong both inside and outside the gym. And yes, weโll have some fun along the way (high-fives included โ).
