This past week, I got the opportunity to receive wisdom and nurturing from some fantastic professionals in the Restorative Yoga Teacher Training at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health.

As a trauma survivor, resting is difficult, and forming healthy relationships is even more complicated.

But here I am – a pilgrim on the path of love. Creating and connecting. Reclaiming and rewriting my story, one savasana at a time.

I’m honored and grateful to be a part of this community and lineage, a collective of individuals dedicated to their dharma, doing the hard work of forgiving, releasing, and letting go.

Resting is a necessity, and we have always been deserving of it. 🧡

Hello Summer! ☀️ I'm happy to be back at Berkshire Pulse, sharing yoga with new and familiar faces. Here is my class schedule for June. You can also view my 'Events' calendar for more details. More to come! 📣

➡️ Join me for All Levels Yoga every Thursday, with two convenient time slots: 10-11 AM and an Evening option from 6:30-7:30 PM. Let's make yoga a regular part of our week!

Dates: June 6, 13, 20, 27.

➡️ All Levels Yoga is also held every Friday from 11:30 AM-12:30 PM.

Dates: June 7, 14, 21, 28.

Schedule may change as enrollment progresses.
