This past week, I got the opportunity to receive wisdom and nurturing from some fantastic professionals in the Restorative Yoga Teacher Training at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health.

As a trauma survivor, resting is difficult, and forming healthy relationships is even more complicated.

But here I am – a pilgrim on the path of love. Creating and connecting. Reclaiming and rewriting my story, one savasana at a time.

I’m honored and grateful to be a part of this community and lineage, a collective of individuals dedicated to their dharma, doing the hard work of forgiving, releasing, and letting go.

Resting is a necessity, and we have always been deserving of it. 🧡

➡️ Join me for All Levels Yoga every Thursday, with two convenient time slots: 10-11 AM and an Evening option from 6:30-7:30 PM. Let's make yoga a regular part of our week!

Dates: June 6, 13, 20, 27.

➡️ All Levels Yoga is also held every Friday from 11:30 AM-12:30 PM.

Dates: June 7, 14, 21, 28.
