“I have only wonderful and beautiful things to say about my coaching experience with Sara Green.
I am in my mid 60’s and had been just over 200 pounds for at least the last 10 years.
I could control so much in my life, but couldn’t control my eating.
I tried diets, only to fail after 3 days. I tried diet groups, diet coaches, I took expensive classes, but none of their approaches ever “clicked” with me.
What I wanted was to heal my inflammation through thoughtful eating, learn how to deal with cravings, do better food prep, lose weight and establish new good habits.
Sara reviewed my food journal, tweaked some of the foods, added new foods, and provided new recipes. However her positive affirmation was what I needed the most.
Sara kept me thinking about the next good thing I could do for myself.
Sara kept me motivated and 20 pounds melted off.
I continue to make some of Sara’s recipes. I continue to prepare and eat healthy meals. I cook and eat healthy for myself regardless of if my husband is interested in my food. I still struggle with overeating when I feel mentally/emotionally empty.
I would love to package Sara and keep her in my pocket for those afternoons when I am tired or bored or stressed or lonely. She became a friend who I looked to as being very wise and would listen to my heart and soothe me.”
