we’re so excited to welcome hannah taha to the su•naya studios hOMe team ✨ hannah will be guiding a special Heart Opening Vinyasa — sunday, march 15th from 4:00pm to 5:15pm.

during this practice- we flow with our breath as strength meets softness. creative transitions build stability while opening the shoulders, hips, and hamstrings. we finish with a long, 15-minute restorative savasana so the body can soften and the mind can rest.
