Happy Tax Day! As you finalize your tax returns, it's essential to remember that income from clinical trials, may be taxable. ๐ผ๐ต If you received compensation, whether it was for participation or travel expenses, this income needs to be reported.
๐งพ Typically, any amount you receive from clinical trials over $600 requires reporting, and you should receive a 1099-MISC form. Not sure how to handle this? Visit IRS.gov for detailed guidance or consult a tax professional to make sure you're filing correctly.
๐ก Participating in clinical trials contributes to important medical research and your financial situation. Be well-prepared and informed!
Today's eclipse may be out of this world, but our clinical trial volunteers are truly stellar! Join a clinical trial and shine bright in shaping the future of medicine! ๐๐ฌ #MedicalHeroes #ClinicalTrials #VolunteerAppreciationMonth
