🤕 Tension Headaches: The most common type. Feel like a tight band around your head, often caused by stress, poor posture, or muscle tension.

🔗 Cervicogenic Headaches: These start in the neck! Often linked to neck pain, reduced movement, and worsened by certain neck positions or movements.

⚡ Migraines: Intense, often one-sided (but can be both), with a throbbing sensation. They can last hours to days and may come with nausea, sensitivity to light, sound, or an aura beforehand.
