Q: “What is hypnagogic light therapy?”

A:
Ever been lulled into a trance by flickering firelight or the rhythm of rain on the roof? That’s entrainment in action—and your brain loves it.

Our hypnagogic light therapy taps into this natural phenomenon using flickering light patterns and binaural sound to gently guide your brain into specific states, like deep relaxation, creativity, or meditative calm.
