Throughout her career, Heather has held numerous leadership roles, including leadership positions within collegiate gymnastics programs and serving as a clinic director over the last 3 years. These experiences have strengthened her ability to guide her patients through injury recovery, performance development, and long-term health with clarity, accountability, and confidence.
Originally from Austin, Texas, Heather now lives in Farmington with her husband, Brendon, and their two dogs, Ryker and Ellie. She is excited to meet new people, build meaningful relationships, and continue serving the community she now calls home. Outside the clinic, she maintains an active lifestyle through Pilates, pickleball and weightlifting, and enjoys supporting collegiate gymnastics. She also values quality time with family and friends.
Heather takes a performance-driven, individualized approach to care that goes beyond symptom relief. Her goal is to restore strength, mobility, and confidence while addressing underlying movement deficits to reduce future injury risk. Through education, intentional training, and progressive return-to-sport strategies, Heather empowers athletes to move efficiently, compete confidently, and perform at their highest level while actively working to make a positive impact within the broader community.
