We view the therapy process as one of genuineness, warmth, collaboration, and growth. Our counselors seek to support their clients in finding a sense of empowerment, clarity, and an understanding that the path toward achieving their personal pinnacle lies within them to be discovered. ** NEW COUNSELOR INCOMING **

We are excited to welcome Kaity Voss as our newest Mental Health and Relationship Counselor. Kaity has spent the last year at Pinnacle Counseling completing her Master's clinical practicum and internship. Kaity is currently able to accept Aetna, Cigna, Municipal Health, and working on adding some additional insurances. Kaity is also be accepting a reduced self-pay rate.

Kaity will be starting full-time in office on July 14th.

Kaity Voss is a licensed mental health counselor with a passion for working with individuals who carry a lot, often silently. She specializes in men’s mental health, first responder support, and those navigating the unique challenges that come with high-responsibility roles. Kaity is known for her no-nonsense, down-to-earth approach to therapy that feels more like a real conversation than a clinical interview.

Before becoming a therapist, Kaity spent years in family medicine, bringing a deep understanding of the mind-body connection into her work. Her background gives her a unique ability to hold space for people navigating burnout, trauma, relationship struggles, and emotional exhaustion, especially in environments where being “fine” is often the only acceptable answer.

Kaity believes therapy should be honest, intentional, and rooted in trust. She works with individuals and couples across the lifespan, first responders, and those who are ready to do the work but don’t want a sugar-coated process.

Her goal isn’t to fix you, it’s to help you reconnect to yourself and build something solid from there.
