March is full of opportunities for connection, education, and second chances at PEARL.

Yesterday, our Peer in Training, Michael, graduated from Benton County Drug Court.

This milestone represents commitment, accountability, and steady effort over time. Michael continues to show up not only for his own recovery, but for others walking the same path.

He gives back. He encourages. He leads by example.

We are proud of you, Michael. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your journey and for the way you support our recovery community.

Big smile. Hard work. Real progress.

We are proud of Dustin and the steady work he is putting into his recovery. He is showing up every day, working full-time, and doing the work inside and outside of our housing program.

Recovery is not just about abstinence. It is about rebuilding confidence, restoring dignity, and stepping back into life with purpose.

Seeing him at his job site this week, smiling and standing tall, was a powerful reminder of why this work matters. When someone chooses growth, the transformation shows.

Keep going, Dustin. We see you.

Today at the Peer Recovery Center, our Peer Support Specialist, Jim, led a Narcan training for our residents and members of the community.

Participants learned how to recognize the signs of an opioid overdose and how to respond safely and confidently. Access to education like this saves lives. It also reduces fear and stigma by giving people practical tools they can use in real situations.

We are grateful to everyone who showed up, asked questions, and took the time to learn. When our community is informed and prepared, we are stronger together.

Stay tuned for next month’s training date.

The turnout was strong, and participants were engaged, asked thoughtful questions, and actively participated throughout the class. It was encouraging to see people leave with practical tools and a clearer understanding of money management in a supportive environment.

We’re grateful to Equity Bank for taking the time to share their knowledge and invest in our community in such a meaningful way.
