✨ Divine Message from Source: Let your light shine.

Right now, the Full Moon’s illumination and the golden codes streaming through the Lionsgate portal are working together ☀️🌕... a sacred interplay of light and shadow.

What’s seen in the Light and what’s felt in the Shadows is calling to be integrated.

This remembrance is an invitation to live your soul’s blueprint in its fullness.

That means embracing all of you — even the parts you’ve labeled as:

• silly
• weird
• nerdy
• unsophisticated

Your soul chose these traits for a REASON.

We are undergoing an energetic upgrade and it's happening FAST! 🥵

We are getting the choice to re-wire our bodies and brains.

🌘 Are you noticing that there are some things you used to care about that no longer are a priority?

🌗 Are you paying more attention to the health of your physical body?

🌔 Are you feeling the pull to retreat more from the noise of social media and focusing more on filling your own cup?

Even some folks in my acupuncture practice (who aren't particularly sensitive to energy) are saying "something feels different".

AND IT DOES!

You're shedding old versions of yourself that you've outgrown...if you're ready, that is.

Even though the energy is ripe for an elevational shift and new opportunities abound, know that you are not being forced into anything (hello free will Universe!).

But, if you've been paying attention to the signs, seeking transformation, acknowledging your intuition, observing your mind, carving time out for inner stillness, practicing self compassion, and making aligned choices....you're probably already feeling like you're beginning a new era.

It's feels exciting (and a bit invincible) to trust yourself and feel grounded.

Especially when the outer world may appear chaotic.

Each of us have that potential (aka choice) to create an amazing and harmonious life despite anything else going on externally.

AND I AM HERE FOR IT!!!

(fyi you are too...that's why you came to Earth at this time 🙃).

Right now it's especially important to stay in your (energetic) lane.

Over attaching your energy and thoughts with others is going to make it harder for you to discern what is for you...and what is not.

So do your energetic practices daily to keep yourself clear!

Break the cycle.

Love yourself enough to move away from the folks and circumstances that make you feel like - ish.

Find and hang out in the spaces that make you feel nourished and uplifted.

We get into a habit of perpetuating our own suffering because it's a known enemy.

Have the courage to seek out what feels like light. ✨

Do you KNOW how powerful you are?

Nothing and nobody outside of you determines your personal reality.

Playing victim and pointing fingers keeps people in a cycle of disempowerment.

The current reality is a product of the old.

The next version of reality is being birthed in this now moment.

IN EVERY NOW MOMENT.

Keep healing so your decisions are made from....

LOVE and COMPASSION and not...

FEAR and DIVISION.

Absolutely frightening! 👻

A haunted house BUT…

👻 it reeks of synthetic candles and Glade plugins.

👻 all the treats are wrapped in aluminum and cooked with seed oils.

👻 companies display pink ribbons instead of removing carcinogens from their products.

👻 you’re an empath and it’s full of energy vampires emotionally vomiting all over you.

👻 guests only want to talk about celebrities, sports, and politics.

👻 you’re required to sit in front of 100 TVs broadcasting mainstream news.

👻 there’s not a self care boundary in sight.

👻 nobody takes responsibility in how they *actually* create their own reality.

👻 everyone believes that this 3D life is all there is.

The good stuff 🤤

Cupping involves the placement of glass (or plastic) cups on the skin with suction.
