As a wellness/ beauty focused Nurse Practitioner, this is my daily gut-healing smoothie I’m obsessed with!
It has ingredients that can help strengthen the gut lining, give better digestion, glowing skin, and protein-packed fuel 💪
I like to focus on ingredients that actually support the microbiome + reduce inflammation.
What’s inside:
• 1 cup unsweetened kefir
• Creatine (muscle + brain support)
• 1 tbsp Ceylon cinnamon (blood sugar balance)
• 1 tbsp cocoa flavanols (antioxidants + gut support)
• 1–2 packs stevia
• Frozen strawberries 🍓
• Frozen banana 🍌
• 1 scoop protein powder (key for repair + satiety)
• Chia seeds (fiber + omega-3s)
• L-glutamine (gut lining support)
• Colostrum (immune + gut barrier support)
