Getting out to support Children & Adult Advocacy Center in their Annual Fun Run! Weather was great and the field was a little soggy from overnight storms. It was a fun community event to bring awareness of needs for children and families impacted by trauma.

Shout out to Troy Johnson, Evie and Amy at Fresh Harvest Tasting Room in Rogers. Our experience was educational, empowering and delicious! We took our weekly workshop on the road as a special Valentine’s Day treat for our patients and friends. I would highly recommend visiting Fresh Harvest Tasting Room for the experience and for their amazing olive oils and balsamic vinegar. Your body and friends you cook for will be grateful.
