𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐤: This is important. This sweet patient came to see us after her vein disease had progressed to the point of a venous ulcer. If your varicose veins go untreated, there is a chance that an open ulcer could form near your ankle. We see this more often than you realize. This is not only hazardous to your health, but it can be very painful. We often receive referrals from wound care clinics because most will go there first. Not knowing their ulcer is likely actually a vein issue that can be resolved much quicker here.

The good news is, even at this advanced state - Dr. Haney can help! We highly recommend getting vein treatment before your legs advance to this stage though. Just like anything else medically, the earlier you catch something the better the outcome will be.

This is a 4 month difference between the before & after, and you can tell the ulcer is dried up and healing. Typically the appearance will improve more with time but the biggest win here is this isn’t causing her pain anymore!

It's Myth Buster Monday! Today we are busting the MYTH that Leg pain always means it’s a muscle or joint problem.

The TRUTH is Persistent cramping, heaviness, or pain in the legs — especially that worsens with walking and improves with rest — can be a sign of arterial disease like Peripheral Artery Disease.

When blood flow is restricted, your muscles aren’t getting the oxygen they need. That’s not just soreness — that’s a circulation issue.

If your leg pain keeps coming back, it may be time for a vascular evaluation. Early detection makes all the difference. Give us a call and get an early evaluation!

At our vein and artery clinic, a vascular screening is simple, non-invasive, and gives you real answers about your circulation.

During your visit, you can expect:
✔️ A detailed conversation about your symptoms and health history
✔️ A quick, painless ultrasound to evaluate blood flow
✔️ Clear results explained by our provider
✔️ A personalized treatment plan if needed

No needles. No downtime. Just clarity and peace of mind.

If you’re experiencing leg pain, cramping, numbness, swelling, or slow-healing wounds, it may be time to get checked. Early detection matters when it comes to vascular health.

📞 Call us today to schedule your screening and take the first step toward healthier circulation.

🫀 $50 Vascular Screening (Feb 17 & 18):
A more comprehensive look at your arterial circulation, helping detect early signs of peripheral artery disease (PAD) and other circulation concerns that could impact your overall health.

One is about vein function. The other is about artery health. Both are important — but for different reasons.

Not sure which is right for you? Our team can help guide you. Early detection makes all the difference so call and schedule your screening! 💙

Ever wonder what ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy actually looks like? 👀

This specific patient came in as a self-pay patient, and after evaluating her veins, we found she didn’t have as many deeper veins to treat. That meant we were able to end the treatment by focusing on treating the smaller branch veins coming off the main veins you see here.

Not every vein case is the same—and that’s a good thing. Come see us for personalized vein care you can trust! 💙
