Rooted in the foundational practice that gave rise to many modern styles, this full-body experience delivers dynamic movement, deep breathwork, and sustained holds that build strength, stamina, and control. Set to an energizing soundtrack in the hot room, you’ll leave feeling mentally clear, physically stronger, and deeply connected from the inside out. Room will be heated to 99 degrees using infrared heat.
