Today we say farewell (but never goodbye!) to Kathi as she retires after more than 3 years as a Training Center Supervisor. 💐
Her leadership and heart have made such an impact, and we are so grateful for the difference she’s made in the lives of our participants. 💙

A huge shoutout to our amazing friend & volunteer, Buffalo Tim, for making this past Friday one to remember! 🧡🍗
As a true Buffalo Bills superfan, Tim brought the heat with a delicious wing tasting, a variety of dipping sauces, and awesome giveaways—including Bills jerseys! 🏈 His kindness, energy, and big heart made the day so special for everyone.
And let’s talk about the real MVP: the giant Buffalo chicken wing hat! 🧢🍗 It made the rounds and had everyone smiling—don’t miss the video to see our community rocking it like pros! 😄🔥

🎉 What a wonderful surprise! We are so grateful to receive a $5,000 grant from to support transportation costs for our vans and buses. 🚐💙
This gift is extra special because it’s funded by Cox employees - with support from Cox - and employees themselves choose which organizations to lift up in their community. Thank you for believing in our mission and helping our participants get where they need to go!

What a finale! 👨‍🍳✨

Six weeks of hard work and hands-on training at wrapped up with a feast — and a huge accomplishment. Every participant proudly received a Certificate of Completion as Prep Cooks! 🎓🥘

Through our partnership with ARS and Brightwater, these individuals gained culinary skills, confidence, and unforgettable experience in the kitchen. The food was incredible, but the growth and opportunity mean even more. 💙

We couldn’t be more proud of this amazing group!

We were so honored to have Mutiny Wrestling Federation join us at this year’s SOAR NWA! 💥 They were an incredible addition, and we are forever grateful for their energy and generosity in being part of the event.

One of the highlights of the weekend was seeing our participant Tanner take the stage and give his best Stone Cold Steve Austin pose 👊🍻 — a moment we’ll never forget!
